Showers near the pool would be a major improvement!!! The café closing at 8 PM is far too early for evening relaxation!!!

we did not want to leave there, recommend. we truly enjoyed staying here, the place met requests. the hotel has magnificent and beautiful location next to shopping, beaches, hospitals.

Quiet hotel with street views of the lake and well-mannered and very very helpful staff. Professionalism of the staff. Exceptional service, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location - perfect, close enough to shops, and good riding and walking areas, Australia, and large lake home to many bird species...

The caravan park offered a fun environment with a playground right out front and a heated pool that my toddler loved. The unique feature of concrete sites with grass around them and picnic tables between each site provided a nice touch of privacy. The facilities were clean, likely one of the best I've encountered during my travels, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We encountered several issues . The pool area had a locked gate throughout our visit, nearly impossible to maneuver our baby's pram and impacted our ability to enjoy pool time with our toddler. There was also a shortfall in available dining options, as the on-site restaurant wasn't open every day. The children's play area could be improved with features more suited for younger kids. Lastly, our cabin could have used more attention to cleaning, as there were food crumbs and hair left behind. The microwave was old and stained, and the bathroom cleanliness was below standard. The palm trees outside made noise throughout the night, which detracted from our rest.

Everything was great during 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location really close to large lake home to many bird species, local shops and freeway, and the grassed areas. Booked a room with good wardrobes.

My stay was pleasant with playful playgrounds and an incredible pool area for the kids, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved, especially around the pool. I'd still consider coming back!

Strongly recommend for a stopover

Comfortable cabin, helpful staff, the location made it easy to access nearby attractions, and the park's facilities for families, including the children's play area and heated pool, were a good surprise.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location of this place is very convenient, with a cozy atmosphere and close to various amenities and dining options within walking distance.

We spent 1 night in a superior twin room, which was comfortable and cozy. the hotel's central location makes it easy to access picturesque sandy beaches. We stopped by Ciao Bella Gelato Bar for some coffee and treats, and it's conveniently located near the venue-Highly recommend visiting!

I had a great 3-day stay at this place; the restaurant was cozy with a nice menu, the room had handy amenities like refrigerators and a cooktop, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for one night with my kids, and everything was very good. the location is peaceful, making it a great escape. the beds were comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night. To unwind and enjoy some good food, we headed to Big Tuna Fish Co, which was a lovely experience.

A lovely place for family fun! The pools and playgrounds kept the kids entertained, while the restaurant served delicious meals every night. The staff were accommodating and made our stay comfortable. Just a heads-up-the pram access to the pool area could use some improvement!
